Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Leaked app and related services provided by ZBGC LLC(“Leaked,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Leaked, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Leaked.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Leaked for your own lawful, personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Leaked is intended to help you check information that you own or have a lawful right to check. You agree not to use Leaked to:

  • Surveil, harass, stalk, dox, or investigate another person without a lawful right to do so;
  • Violate the privacy or legal rights of any individual, or any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its underlying services.

Subscriptions & billing

Leaked offers a one-time check and an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

No guarantee; not professional advice

Breach data is supplied by third-party sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Leaked is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee that it will detect every exposure of your information. Leaked is an informational tool and is not credit monitoring, identity-theft insurance, or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZBGC LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — Leaked.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Leaked after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
